I had to put Waify & Sonar up for adoption recently...
I guess i was in terrible shape because some of the staff could sense that i was having a hard time when I arrived. I took forever to fill out the release forms! I had been dreading this day for quite a while... and now i couldn't believe i was actually here and about to give up Waify & Sonar.
But without getting too much into specifics, I am soooo incredibly thankful that Sue, Sue & Liz were willing to foster Waify & Sonar (albeit separately) until I could find another (cat-friendly) place to live. I can't describe what a great feeling it was to realize that i wouldn't be losing my BABIES! I'm still a bit worried about how long it will take me to find a place; I hope it will be soon enough (for the sake of Sue, Sue & Liz).
